These Terms of Service govern the agileXL-SoftO2 Thinkific Training Platform, softo2-training.thinkific.com ("Site") which is owned and operated by AGILEXL Ltd ("agileXL-SoftO2"). You should not access or use this Site until you have carefully read and agreed to the following Terms of Service. In order to participate in agileXL-SoftO2 training or access any online resources offered by agileXL-SoftO2 you must first carefully read and agree to these Terms of Service.

USER REGISTRATION

In order to fully participate in all Site activities, you must use a User Account. You understand and agree that all information provided by you is accurate, current and complete. You agree that you will never divulge or share access or access information to your User Account with any third party for any reason.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

Except as otherwise provided herein, use of the Site does not grant you a license to any content, features or Material you may access on the Site, and you may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works of such content, features or Material, in whole or in part. Any commercial use of the Site is strictly prohibited except as allowed herein or otherwise approved by us. You may not download or save a copy of any of the content or screens for any purpose except as otherwise provided by agileXL-SoftO2. If you make use of the Site, other than as provided herein, in doing so you may violate copyright and other laws, and may be subject to liability for such unauthorised use. We do not grant any license or other authorisation to any user of our trademarks, registered trademarks, service marks, other copyrightable material or any other intellectual property by including them on the Site.

ENROLMENT TERM

Enrolment in a agileXL-SoftO2 self-paced online course is valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days. The term begins from the moment that the User has access to the complete course in the Site. agileXL-SoftO2 may at any time and without advance notice modify or restrict your use of the Site if agileXL-SoftO2 determines, in its sole discretion, that your use of the Site violates agileXL-SoftO2’s Terms of Service.

SoftO2 respects your privacy, and will use reasonable efforts to keep your Personally Identifiable Information (i.e., information that can be used to identify you) private, and will not share it with third parties.
